Two new energy enterprises in Zhuhai and Zhongshan have recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement recently, and they will cooperate comprehensively in wind power generation and the application of energy storage batteries.

【正文】广东省委常委、常务副省长朱小丹出席了签字仪式。这两家企业分别为珠海银通新能源、中山明阳集团。其中，珠海银通新能源公司，主要生产销售大容量、高功率锂离子动力电池、储能电池、通用电池，新能源汽车以及相关零部件。双方合资成立的公司位于三灶青湾工业园，首期投资9亿元，年产能1亿安时电池、2000辆电动客车，将在6月30日正式投产。

Zhu Xiaodan, a member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and a Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, was present at the signing ceremony. The two enterprises are the Zhuhai Yintong Energy Company Limited and the Zhongshan Mingyang Electric Group Company Limited. The Zhuhai Yintong Energy Company Limited mainly produces and sells high-capacity, high-power lithium-ion batteries, storage batteries, universal batteries, new energy powered automobiles and also their related spare parts. The joint venture company established by the two sides is to be located in the Qingwan Industrial Park in Sanzao and will officially go into operation on June 30th. A total of 900 million Yuan RMB has been invested in the first phase of the project, and the annual production capacity will be around 100 million ampere-hour batteries and 2,000 electric powered coaches.
